CEBU, Philippines — Gothong Southern Properties (GSP) has entered into the promising condominium development business with the introduction of Yello City @ Salinas (YCS), which forms part of the township project that will be developed by the company in the next few years.

GSP, the property arm of Gothong Southern Group of Companies, known for its shipping and supply chain businesses held a ceremonial groundbreaking to start the first building of the YCS project last November 28, 2023.

Yello City @ Salinas Building 1 features an elevator, a spacious lobby, and other amenities offering its clients to “experience premium living within reach.”

“Yello City @ Salinas (YCS) Building 1 aims to give its clients a hotel-like experience in condo living by providing above-and-beyond the minimum requirements of economic condo projects,” said Helen T. Rigodon, the Sales and Marketing Head of Gothong Southern Properties.

According to Rigodon, the YCS Building 1 is just part of the whole Yello City @ Salinas township project with an area of 8,299 sqm including inner roads that feature at least 5 buildings with commercial area and other amenities.

“We intend to finish the construction of YCS Building 1 within 20 months. This way our clients can move in early and immediately enjoy the fruits of their investments,” added RonaldD. Velasquez, the Chief Operating Officer of Gothong Southern Properties.

“We intend to launch Building 2 and 3 next year,” added Velasquez.
