The company is investing some P4 billion to build the two-tower mixed-use project named Double M Towers, eyed to be completed in five years, (2024)

The development comprises TWO TOWERS:

The first tower is a 57-story residential condominium project with 1,206 units and the second tower is a 25-story hotel with 125 rooms and retail and commercial components on the first nine floors. It has a 10-story steel parking, with a swimming pool and 19 elevators to cater to the residents.

Double M Towers is now starting to rise near Vicente Sotto Hospital.
